In this article, we will explain to you the services which are included in our Basic Switch Management package as well as Emergency Network Support.
Basic Switch Management:
$200 first month then $50/month recurring
- Initial setup and installation of the switch
- Setup (if required) of web interface
- Setup and deploy VLANs per switch port
- Layer 2 and Layer 3 routing of IP's
- Port layout and management
- Switch backups
- $350/year in Emergency support credit (toward the actively paid switch on Basic Switch Management plan).
Note: This service has a required contract term of 12 months. Emergency support credit is redeemable 2 weeks after the initial service order.
Emergency Network Support:
- Is billed at $175/hour during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST)
- Is billed at $225/hour Outside normal business hours. Normal business hours are: (Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST)
Some information to define the pricing above:
- An emergency is classified as the most urgent time frame. Emergency work is handled generally handled within 4 hours of the request being sent in however may take up to 24 hours.
